A Dryden man has been cleared of charges of driving with more than the legal limit of alcohol in his blood which were laid last summer.
Blair McKenzie was charged by City Police June 2nd after patrolling officers saw a car spinning its tires in the Best Western Parking lot.
After several court appearances, McKenzie was found not guilty of the charge.
