A Nova Scotia man who put a Greyhound Bus into a ditch near Upsala nearly 3 years ago has been remanded to a Psychiatric Hospital in Halifax.
Shaun Davis has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and breach of probation in an incident that occurred in New Glasgow.
Davis was found not criminally responsible for a December 2000 bus crash between Upsala and Thunder Bay in which killed a 74-year-old woman.
A Nova Scotia court was told Davis had gone missing from a Thunder Bay Psychiatric facility, where he was detained last summer.
The Crown says Ontario Authorities will seek to have him returned.
