November Court Date In Trailer Park Murder Case

A Dryden man facing second degree murder charges will back in court next month.

36-year-old Justin Desautels made a brief court appearance this week and his case has been held over to November 9 to set a date.

Desautels faces multiple charges in the March 2 death of two people at the Arbour Jade Trailer Park.

Charges include:
-two counts of second degree murder
-one count of attempted murder
-two counts of robbery
-one count of resisting arrest
-one count of assaulting police
-one count of causing bodily harm to police
-one count of trying to take a weapon from police
-one count of possessing crystal meth

There is a publication ban in place.

This bars the publication of any evidence adduced in the bail hearing process.
