Following the lead of Yogi and BooBoo, these bears are on a mission to find food!
Dryden Police Inspector Kevin Glenister says nuisance bear reports are on the rise from previous years.
Police have received several bear sightings in the area of Pronger Park, Park Crescent, Laura Howe Marsh, the Yacht Club and Eagle Drive.
Glenister says Police and the MNR are doing their best to trap the hungry bears.
The berry supply is not very healthy in the bush and several bears have wandered into town in recent weeks to find food.
Residents are asked to keep their property clear of garbage and to keep garbage fully stored in a secure area.
Glenister adds residents should be alert and mindful of wandering bruins at all times.
