Number Of People Ready To Sue On The Rise

Many flood victims in Thunder Bay appear to be taking up an offer by a City lawyer.
Lawyer Chris Watkins says his office has at least 150 people signed on who want to sue the City over the recent flooding of their basements.
Watkins says some of the people involved either have no insurance, are under insured or their insurance won’t cover some of the most significant damages.
He notes they are gathering experts from across the country to back their claims, which have not yet been proven in court.
