Nutrition Month Tips

When the phone is ringing off the hook and the paperwork piling up the very last thing many of us are thinking about is eating healthy.
But dieticians are challenging us to re-examine that mind set this Nutrition Month which is themed Healthy Eating nine to five.
Registered Dietician Vanessa Yurchesyn says making breakfast ahead of time is a good idea.
She notes making a yogurt treat or something simple before going to bed is the best way to go.
Yurchesyn says almost 40% of us skip breakfast.
She says a survey conducted last year found 45% of us say eating healthy meals and snacks at work is challenging.
