If you do one thing, make it a healthy one.
Get active with the Northwestern Health Units Do One Thing campaign on Wednesday at Plumridge Park in Dryden.
Health Educator Calista Livingston says the campaign is about getting people’s attention to have active, healthy fun.
Livingston says the NWHU wants to get people eating healthier, more active and encourage people to get together.
The event will feature a picnic in the park, a healthy snack and family activities.
It starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 1 p.m.
