The Northwestern Ontario Flyers Girls Hockey team has won the North American ‘AAA’ Classic in Winnipeg.
The regional youth team beat the Easton Synergy from Minneapolis 5-2 in a fast and intense Gold medal game.
The Flyers went undefeated throughout the tournament.
