If Game 1 of the NWOSSA Senior Girls Basketball Final is any
indication, Game 2 should be a classic!
Trailing by 12 after the first quarter today, the Dryden Eagles out
scored the Churchill Trojans 38-27 in the final 3-quarters.
It came down to the final buzzer and the Trojans held on to beat the
Eagles 45-44.
Tamara Duncan led the way with 14 points, while Brett Lobreau and Sarah
Carter chipped in with 8 each.
Game 2 of the Best of 3 Final is Saturday at 10 at DHS.
Game 3, if necessary, is set for 2:30 Saturday afternoon.
