Michael “Mike” Zawacki

1954-2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Michael Richard Zawacki on December 29, 2022, at the age of 68, at the Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.

Mike worked many years as a Millwright at numerous mills around Northern Ontario but his true love was spending time out on the lake fishing. Mike was a kind and generous man that was always willing to help when he could, always thinking of others

Mike is survived by his stepson Kyle (Lacey] Tysoski and their children Harper and Boone, friend Roxanne, friends Dorothy and Jerry; son Tyler and family; sister Donna; stepbrother Jason (Shelby); stepsister Cheryl and family, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Mike was predeceased by son Corey; Mother Velma; Father Peter; stepmother Vivian, sister Patty; numerous aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life in Memory of Mike Zawacki will be held this spring.
