to celebrate the lives of Ed and Faye

Loving wife of Ed Turner who sadly passed only 5 months ago. Faye is survived by her three daughters, Eva (Gerry), Charlene (Doug) and Charyl (Terry). Her brothers Jim (Val), Peter (Marilyn).

Predeceased by her parents, Eva and James Tilley, sister Violet, brother Clarence, sister Hermina, brother Lloyd, brother-in-law Wesley, sister-in-law Elsie, brother-in-law Melvin, sister-in-law Kathy, and sadly great-granddaughter Audrey.

She will be missed greatly by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, and close friends old and new.

Faye was born in High Prairie, AB and raised in the Emo area. She met and married her husband and moved to Dryden where they started a family and Ed worked for the Dryden mill.

They moved to Christopher Lake, SK, where they owned and operated a gas station. Mom was in charge of not only 3 girls but also business finances.

After a decade out west, they moved back to Dryden. Closer to home, family, and old friends.

Faye loved crafting! Over the years she had her own ceramic studio which she held classes and enjoyed for a few years. After selling the business, Faye started up a clock business which was a great success with her husband who helped her immensely.

Faye enjoyed card games, hunting, fishing, and camping! Especially when joined by family and friends.

Faye made friends with many people during her stay at the Dryden hospital. We would like to thank them for kindness and friendship, she enjoyed your company so much.

We would also like to thank the staff at the Dryden Hospital for all your help and care for both our parents.

There will be a small interment at the Dryden Cemetery for both Ed and Faye in August 2023.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, 1300-522 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5G 2R5 or the Second Chance Pet Network, Box 343, Dryden, ON P8N 2Z1 – these were two Faye was fond of.
