The Ontario Civilian Commission on Police Services is
clearing the air about the future of policing in Kenora.

Services Board and Municipality have a role to play.

Last week the Police Services Board sent OCCOPS a
resolution stating they were against councils decision to
retain the OPP as the City’s lone force.
A date has yet to be set for an OCCOPS disbandment
hearing in Kenora.
