The Ontario Energy Board says safety concerns regarding the Energy East pipeline are consistent across the province.
The OEB held its second public meeting in Thunder Bay, tonight.
Consultant John McGrath says the OEB has been meeting with First Nations seperately, but the risk of spills continues to top the list of concerns.
McGrath adds that the OEB’s advisors found TransCanada’s application for approval of the pipeline to be incomplete.
