OHA President Tom Closson Visits Area Hospitals

The head of the Ontario Hospital Association is collecting feedback from area hospitals.
Tom Closson is touring the Region to speak with Hospital Board Chairs and CEO’s.
Closson is calling on the Government to freeze hospital union salaries.
Closson notes the Province has a huge deficit so they know hospital budgets will be tight.
He adds Hospitals continue to struggle with patients taking up beds because they don’t have anywhere else to go.
Closson will be bringing the region’s concerns back to the Provincial Government.
