One person is dead following a fatal motor vehicle accident near Upsala.
The OPP say a four-door sedan collided with a semi-tractor trailer unit around 11:00 last night about 20 kilometers east of Upsala.
The male driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The driver of the semi was not injured.
One lane of Highway 17 was closed overnight, but was finally re-opened around 7:00 this morning.
