Ontario Creates New Community Infrastructure Fund

The Liberal government is rolling out its new Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund.
It’s to provide $100 million annual in funding to small, rural and northern municipalities to help fix up aging roads, bridges, sewer and water infrastructure.
Half the money will be issued based on need, while municipalities will have to apply to access the remaining $50 million.
