Purse Snatcher In Kenora

Purse-snatching seems to be the crime of choice this summer in Kenora.
In the past couple of weeks, the OPP say they have investigated 13 separate complaints of purses being stolen from shopping carts.
The incidents have taken place at different stores and police are urging shoppers to be mindful of their belongings and always keep valuables in sight.
