Ontario Man Seeks Injunction

The lawyer for an Ontario man charged in the death of his twin baby granddaughters is seeking an injunction to delay their burial.
Robert Sutherland says he was shocked to learn the bodies had been released by the coroner and sent to Alberta without the knowledge of his client.
Jerry Kerrigan was the legal guardian of the infants, who died in a Thunder Bay motel room last week.
Kerrigan is charged with 2-counts of criminal negligence causing death.
Sutherland has not recieved the autopsy results and says he may want to do further independant testing as part of Kerrigans defense.
