Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath’s Dryden Visit

Meeting with health care professionals to discuss their needs in the north.

That’s what Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath was doing as she stopped in Dryden.

Horwath is still surprised that the Ontario Liberals have increased prescription drug prices.

She also talked about how ambulances have trouble in the region because they must travel further distances.

During the rest of the day Horwath also met with students at New Prospect School and answered their questions.

She then stopped at City Hall to meet the Mayor and Councillors of Dryden.

At the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and English River Miners game, she did the puck drop.

Finally she ends her visit with a pancake breakfast at the Legion. (Photo by: Rayson Martyn)
