A number of high school students were involved in the provincial Student Votes mock election.
Only 189-students from five schools in the Kiiwetinoong riding took part and 68-successfully picked Sol Mamakwa of the NDP.
Some 1,100 students from 16-high schools in Kenora-Rainy River were involved.
372-picked Glen Archer of the New Democrats.
Overall, more than 280,000 students took part in the Ontario mock election.
Over 2,100 schools voted and upon tallying the votes, the NDP won 53% of the total vote, giving them a majority 66-seats according to the students with the PC’s coming in second with 45 seats.
