OPG Preparing For Re-Start of Atikokan Station

Ontario Power Generation is preparing for a re-start of its generating station in Atikokan.
The conversion of the plant from coal to biomass is now complete.
Spokesperson Neil Kelly says they just need a final sign-off from the Ontario Power Authority before generating electricity once again.
Kelly says a grand reopening ceremony is scheduled for later next month.
