Provincial Police are warning the public of a federal offender who may be in northwestern Ontario.
65-year-old Douglas Archer is 5’8, 241-pounds, with white/blond hair, a grey beard and blue eyes.
He is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breach of parole.
Archer is serving an eight year, six month sentence for a total of 18-charges related to arson, criminal harassment and disregard for human life.
OPP say he is known to frequent Thunder Bay as well as Kingston and Oxford County.
