A potentially dangerous situation on Highway 17, west of Kenora, has resulted in charges against a Winnipeg man.
Provincial Police received a traffic complaint while at the scene of a fatal motor vehicle collision around 10:30 Sunday night.
Police say a transport was travelling without headlights or running lights during the snow storm.
Officers located the vehicle and deemed it unsafe for travel.
OPP say the 50-year-old faces two charges.
