OPP Charge 9 People Following Blockade

Provincial Police have charged 9-people with mischief after a blockade
was erected on Highway 17A near Kenora.
About 100-people set up the blockade on Thursday to protest
clear-cut logging on Grassy Narrows First Nation.
An OPP Spokesperson declined to provide reasons for the charges.
The 9-people have been released and will appear in Court on September
18th.
