The death of a Sachigo Lake First Nation man in Sioux Lookout has now been confirmed as a homicide.
Provincial Police are making an urgent plea to the public for information on the case.
OPP say on September 5th, between 8:30pm and 9:00pm, several vehicles and pedestrians were spotted passing by the victim on 7th Avenue near Roy Lane.
The man was wearing light brown pants and a green windbreaker, and witnesses may have been unaware that the man was in distress.
He was later identified as 40-year-old George Tait.
