Northwestern Ontario Highways will likely be cluttered with vehicles
as another long weekend has arrived.
OPP will be stepping up enforcement to ensure everyone has a safe
Civic holiday.
Red Lake Sergeant Rob Monk says they will be focusing on seat belt
usage, drunk drivers and those who are in a hurry.
