OPP In Dryden Release Name Of Crash Victim

Provincial Police have released the name of the driver who was seriously injured in a crash on Highway 17 in Wainwright Township.
OPP say an eastbound car struck two horses that were standing in the east bound lane around 8:30 Friday evening.
The driver has been identified as 38-year-old Crystal Machendagoos of Vermilion Bay.
She’s still listed in serious condition in Thunder Bay Hospital.
One horse died at the scene and the other horse is reported to make a full recovery.
OPP continue to investigate.
