William (Bill) Reimer was born in Steinbach, MB on June 11, 1946. On Saturday September 7, he passed away, unexpectedly, in Emo, ON. Loving husband, of 46 years, to Teena. Father to Earl (Deha) of Waldhof, Eleanor (Pat) Heidebrecht of Waldhof, and Kristen of Vermilion Bay. Predeceased by daughter Kendra MacGregor and granddaughter Jessica. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Anthony, Joshua, Danica, Tabitha and Courtney. Brother of Levi (Tena), Daniel, Ruth, Henry (Shelly), MaryAnn, Irene, Shirley and Christine. Predeceased by his parents Klass and Frieda and his brothers Johnny and Edwin.
Some of Bill‘s favorite past times were spending time at the lake with family and friends, racing stock cars, snowmobiling, and having coffee with friends. Bill was fortunate enough to turn one of his passions, truck driving, into a successful business.
Even so, I have noticed one thing, at least, that is good. It is good for people to eat, drink, and enjoy their work under the sun during the short life God has given them, and to accept their lot in life. 19 And it is a good thing to receive wealth from God and the good health to enjoy it. A Funeral Service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held Friday September 13th at 11:00 a.m. in the Dryden Agricultural Centre with Mr. Dean Block officiating. Interment will follow in the Waldhof Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday September 12th from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Moffat Chapel of Stevens Funeral Homes.
