A 20 year old Kenora man faces charges in connection with a single vehicle accident on Highway 71 over the weekend.
The O.P.P. were called out to an area near Rushing River early Sunday morning after a vehicle caught fire in a ditch at the side of the road.
Police say the driver failed to negotiate a turn in the road.
The car hit a rock cut and rolled over into the ditch.
The driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle and was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
He was also charged with crossing over the center line.
