OPP Monitoring Idle No More Protests

The OPP are warning motorists of possible traffic delays on the Trans-Canada in northwestern Ontario today.
Shoal Lake #39 and #40 First Nations are planning to block transport traffic near the Ontario/Manitoba Border this afternoon.
Shoal Lake #39 confirms that it will be conducting its blockade from 1:00 to 4:00 this afternoon.
While commercial traffic is going to be held up, passenger vehicles are expected to be allowed through.
A similar traffic slow-down is being planned for Highway 11/17 near Nipigon today.
