The Ontario Provincial Police’s 5 week festive ride
program gets underway on area highways and roads today.
Kenora OPP Constable Karen Rustige says drivers should
expect to see a greater police presence in the coming
weeks.

The OPP’s holiday ride program started last weekend in
Sioux Narrows, and Rustige says no one was charged with
impaired driving.
Rustige adds the police want to make sure everyone has a
happy and safe holiday.
