OPP Wrap Up Their Distracted Driving Campaign

Not a lot of distracted driving charges laid in the northwest region during the recent Provincial Police ‘Distracted Driving’ campaign.
Only 15-charges were laid during the one week blitz.
The OPP believe that number would have been higher if the weather was better.
Province-wide, OPP laid 2,141 charges.
Sergeant Shelley Garr says numerous comments about examples of distracted driving have been posted on the OPP Facebook Distracted Driving page.
