Opposition to Greyhound Discontinuation

The Town of Fort Frances is sending a letter to the Province’s
Transportation Minister in a bid to keep its Greyhound service.
The bus company has posted notice its discontinuing service between
Thunder Bay, Atikokan and Fort Frances.
The cancellation date is July 4th.
Councilor John Albanese says a lot of people depend on that line for
medical care, and other people such as seniors use it for transportation.
Residents are being encouraged to sign a petition to stop the
discontinuation of the bus service.
