OPSEU Turns Down Deal With CBS

The union representing Canadian Blood Services support workers is turning down a tentative agreement.
The Ontario Public Service Employees Union has voted 75% in favour of a strike mandate.
They’ve been in negotiations for over a year.
In a media release, the union says CBS brought the low blood inventory on themselves by shutting down Thunder Bay’s facility and cutting staff.
