Oral Language #1

The Keewatin Patricia District School Board is expanding

it’s oral language program into secondary school.

The pilot project is already in 9 elementary schools

within the region.

Superintendent of Education Wendy Wiedenhoft says the

program has significantly helped close the gap between

Aboriginal and Non-Aboriginal students.
