Anne Krassilowsky says her 10-years on Council were fulfilling and she leaves with no regrets.
The former Mayor was invited to give her final address at Monday’s swearing-in ceremony at the Dryden Centre.
Krassilowsky said she made a pledge to move the City forward and she believes her and her team did by securing $36-million in stimulus funding.
She told the new Council that forming strong partnerships with staff and both levels of Government is essential in moving forward.
Krassilowsky also took time to thank all of the volunteers in the community.
She teared up when she thanked City staff and her family for their guidance and support.
