The Ministry of Natural Resources is stretched to the limit when it
comes to available personnel.
63-new fires sparked across Northwestern Ontario Wednesday, forcing
the MNR to dispatch crews on a priority basis.
A request has been made for outside help and Alberta was the first to
respond with 30-firefighters arriving Wednesday.
The entire district is under a restricted fire zone and no outdoor burning is allowed.
