Over $65,000 Raised At ‘Skip To Equip’

The 4th Annual Bearskin Airlines ‘Skip to Equip’ Curling Bonspiel was a huge success on the weekend.
22-teams hit the ice at the Sioux Lookout Golf and Curling Club.
Organizer Muriel Anderson says over $65,000 was raised for the Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre Foundation.
Anderson says $5,000 was also donated to the Curling Club.
She notes the “Super Hero” theme was well received.
Anderson adds the pledges offered to participants as well as sponsorship were both incredible.
