A 53-year-old Pass Lake man has been arrested for impaired driving.
Provincial Police were on patrol in Balmertown Sunday evening when they noticed a vehicle driving around the parking lot of a grocery store.
Officers stopped the vehicle and determined the driver had been drinking.
OPP say Richard Lebeau faces two charges and he’s due in court on May 28th.
