Details of the proposed “Path of the Paddle” will be unveiled today at a public meeting in Dryden.
The roughly 900-kilometre canoe and kayak water trail is part of the Trans Canada Trail.
It will span from Thunder Bay to the Manitoba boundary and will even go south into Quetico Park.
Information on the proposed route, its impact on local tourism and future plans will be discussed at the open session.
The meeting starts at 4 o’clock at the Best Western.
