Paul Parsons is running for the Mayor’s seat in Red Lake.
Parsons has eight years of municipal experience as Councillor.
He says he understands the problems facing area municipalities and he promises to listen to taxpayers to get their views.
Parsons says he’s concentrating on several important issues including recreation, child care and economic development.
He would like to continue with a 2-year debt reduction program with minimal cuts in services.
Parsons adds we wants to build relations with area First Nations.
