PC Candidate Asking Province For Voice On Hunt

Kenora-Rainy River Conservative candidate Randy Nickle says the province has dropped the ball with the introduction of a pilot 2-year makeshift spring bear hunt.
Nickle says it doesn’t give tourist outfitters a real opportunity to capitalize on the hunt and notes it’s only designed for certain areas.
He says it doesn’t make sense that the province hasn’t given the entire north a chance to participate and suggests something happened behind the scene.
Nickle stresses it’s an opportunity wasted in our area.
Nickle hopes that pressure from the public will be enough to open up the hunt throughout the region.
