PC Candidate Pledging To Scrap Green Energy Act

An Ontario PC leadership hopeful wants to kill the Green Energy Act.
Vic Fideli made that claim during a tour of the region last week.
Fideli says the province has received no returns on its $50-billion investment.
He adds if elected Premier he would use wind power currently sold out of province as an economic incentive to companies.
