Pension Plan Back in Spotlight in Legislature

Kenora-Rainy River MPP Howard Hampton is looking for some provincial assistance to help AbitibiBowater workers in Ontario.
Hampton is calling on the Government to consider an offer of $200-million to Nortel’s pension plan for AbitibiBowater’s workers and their underfunded plan.
Education Minister Leona Dombrowsky says the pension issue is still one that needs Federal Government support as well.
