Phil Vinet Prepares for KDMA Conference

Municipal leaders from across the District are in Sioux Lookout for the Annual Kenora District Municipal Association Conference.
Two days of extensive meetings begin Friday morning.
KDMA President Phil Vinet says they have a full agenda with some 12 speakers scheduled to attend.
The Red Lake Mayor says Kenora-Rainy River MPP Sarah Campbell, Lieutinent-Coloniel Dan Drew and Medical Officer of Health Dr. James Arthurs are among the guest speakers.
Topics on the agenda range from closed door meetings to recycling to recreation.
Delegates will also vote on a series of resolutions to be passed along to the Provincial Government.
