Almost as quickly as it was vandalized, the “Pieces of Dryden” Centennial Mosaic was restored by City Crews with the assistance of a local business.
“Pieces of Dryden” was unveiled Sunday but sometime Monday night, vandals spray painted every panel with black paint. When news of the vandalism broke yesterday, City Crews were quick to respond – as was Clean More Services of Dryden, who donated special cleaning solutions.
99% of the paint was completely removed within about four hours and some final touch up will be done today.
