Fort Frances Lakers goalie Pierce Dushenko has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.
The 20-year-old B.C. product earned a pair of wins last week.
He started with a 26-save performance in a 3-2 road victory against English River.
Dushenko followed that up by stopping 27-shots against Thunder Bay, as he posted his second shutout of the season.
Reid Kilburn of English River and Tanner Watt of Dryden GM also received consideration.
