No one was injured after a Westjet aircraft left the runway and got stuck in a snowbank at the Thunder Bay Airport Friday.
Officials say the plane was attempting a slow speed u-turn on the way to the gate, when it hit some ice and slid into the snowbank.
The incident caused several flight delays and some planes were
diverted to other Airports including Dryden.
Some 100-passengers were stuck on the plane for nearly 2-hours but no
one was in danger.
