Federal Funding for Seniors Programs

Area communities are benefiting from Federal funding to help seniors
participate more fully in their communities.
Wabigoon Lake First Nation has received nearly $25,000 to
strengthen and extend the Senior’s Advisory Council and Social Club.
The Conservatives are also investing $50,000 in seniors programs in
Kenora and $46,000 in initiatives in Fort Frances.
