A British Columbia man who tried to run from police Monday morning will be spending a little more time than he planned in Dryden.
Police says he remains in custody until a court appearance Wednesday.
City officers assisted by the OPP and the Ministry of Natural Resources had to use a spike belt to end the brief chase.
Dryden Police say 27-year-old Kevin Yates faces several charges including possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
